General Data Protection Regulation – Datenschutz-Grundverordnung trans The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – DSGVO) should strongly not to be seen as just a new part of legislation in terms of data governance across the European Union (EU) but it introduces extensive changes to the IT operations and the way that businesses – within and outside the EU – are going to process personal data of their EU resident customers.
